Inspired by the magnificent northern lights, this unique and beautiful mountain sun catcher features a selection of stunning premium colors in 2 sizes.  Gray, white and earth toned "rocks" dot the mountain base with a sprinkle of white crushed glass on the mountain peak. Once fired in the kiln, the textured effect of the snowy peak and rocky mountain base remains.
 
FINISHED APPEARANCE NOTE: Each 12" x 12" sheet of colored glass has different striations and patterns, so while selected color will be the same, the pattern will differ from piece to piece.
 
Since each one is cut by hand, actual finished appearance may differ slightly from photos shown (i.e. mountain peaks and rocks will be unique to each piece. I always do my best to ensure that all pieces are as close to the samples as possible.
 
From design stage to finished product each sun catcher takes approximately 30 hours to create.
 
My pieces are all cut by hand and kiln-fired in my home studio. They are created with great time, care and attention and each order is carefully inspected once complete to ensure that each item is free from damage or defect prior to shipping. I will package them with care to ensure they arrive safely to you.
